“Stuff to start a business”: Get support from Impact Hub Munich

If you're in the founding and development phase of your startup and are interested in purpose-driven entrepreneurship, then you not only have what it takes to start a business, but you also have the opportunity to register for the competition of the same name until April 15.

The Impact Hub Munich supports young, community-oriented companies on their first steps toward self-employment. The "Stuff to Start a Business" program provides young startup teams not only with a workspace (for six months) and the necessary infrastructure, such as event spaces, coffee, and Wi-Fi, but also with consulting services. No initial funding is required for the program. The deal: If your company is ultimately successful, you'll receive a refund to the Impact Hub.

How do you receive support from “Stuff to Start a Business”?

  • Economic viability check: Are you on the right path to financial independence?
  • Offer portfolio: Do your offers match your values and your plans
  • Visibility: How are you perceived and found?
  • Target group: Are you reaching the right people?
  • Structure: What do your work steps look like and where can you simplify processes?
  • Legal form: Which legal form suits your project?
  • Success criteria: How and by what means do you measure your success?
  • Financing: Which (alternative) forms of financing are suitable for you?
  • Think differently about sales: Which sales strategy suits you?
  • Testing and prototyping: Get feedback in a safe environment!
  • Community building: Expand your network into your community of entrepreneurs!

What qualifies you for the program?

  • Your team consists of at least two people.
  • You are in the start-up phase or shortly thereafter.
  • You are building a purpose-driven company and are committed to resilience, sustainability, fair organizational structures, and a culture of collaboration.

How does the application process work?

  • Until April 15: Apply You here with your company.
  • By the end of April: Selected applicants will be invited to an introductory interview. The program's mechanisms and procedures will be explained. A decision on collaboration will then be made.
  • May 7: Program kick-off at the Impact Hub from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm.
  • Further appointments will be arranged individually.
