The LMU Innovation Incubator is a three-month early-stage startup program for teams of researchers, current and former students, and staff. The incubator offers the opportunity to explore and validate ideas for high-impact innovations at the interface of academia, science, and industry. Within the program, participants have the opportunity to find co-founders and early investors, as well as to become part of the IEC Startup Community to become.
In three Innovation Lab sessions in October, November, and December, the potential startup founders will learn how to transform their research into an innovative company through various workshop modules. They will also participate in tailored consulting and individual coaching sessions. At the final event, Demo Day on January 18, 2024, all participants will present their idea exclusively to investors, potential co-founders, and the IEC entrepreneurial community.
