With the NXT: Distribution Innovation Programme, the Insurtech Hub Munich Startups, especially in sales. Experience or customers in the insurance industry are not required for participation. The program seeks solutions that address a variety of industries. The prerequisite is that challenges specific to the insurance industry are addressed, such as:
- Raising customer awareness of the value of insurance or specific policies,
- Digital tools for brokers and agents to save costs and time,
- dealing with compliance and changing rules and laws,
- Supporting providers in integrating new technologies,
- better use of existing sales channels or
- support with other challenges.
NXT: Distribution Innovation Programme offers startups a number of advantages
The NXT: Distribution Innovation Programme offers startups a curriculum from insurance experts, direct access to decision-makers from insurance and tech companies, one-on-one business development sessions, and individual mentoring and networking with experts from VC firms.
The program lasts one month and begins in mid-April with on-site sessions on April 17 and 20. It's completely free for participating startups, and no company shares are required.
The partners of the Insurtech Hub Munich include companies from the insurance industry such as Allianz, Arag, and Generali as well as tech companies such as Google, Microsoft and SAP.
