What working students earn at Munich Unicorns

The GISMA University of Applied Sciences in Potsdam has investigated how German unicorns pay their working students.

Celonis Labs
Working students can earn an average of 15.90 euros per hour at Celonis This puts Germany’s most valuable startup and only Decacorn just behind Personio and ranked third nationwide. Incidentally, according to GIMSA, the highest-paying positions are almost exclusively administrative positions. These include job titles like "Working Student Customer Success," where customers are supported in the onboarding process for their new products. Positions in "Business Development" and "Market Development" also count among these. (Photo: Celonis)
