Driverhero originally started out as a way to connect delivery companies with drivers. In the future, the young company plans to focus on the entire blue-collar sector, i.e., the area in which blue-collar workers such as tradespeople, healthcare workers, or industrial workers work.
Recruiting campaigns to combat the shortage of skilled workers
Richard Fischer, CEO of Workerhero, says about his company's current course adjustment:
"The demand for suitable candidates is very high in many industries. After our initial very positive experiences in the driver market, both from the company and the applicant side, we are transferring our process and expertise to other industries."
