For two years, self-employed people and companies from the cultural and creative industries will be able to move into offices in the Ruffinihaus at Rindermarkt. Competence team for cultural and creative industries through professional support through consultations, training, and networking opportunities. A dedicated community management team ensures network development and internal communication within the hub. Furthermore, during the project period, users will have the opportunity to use the #kreativmuenchen store at Rindermarkt 10 under the "Ruffini Store" label as a community project for approximately six weeks, thus presenting their projects, products, and services to a broader public.
Application by 31 October
A total of 22 units, measuring between 16 and 28 square meters, will be available on the first floor from January 2023 to December 2024. The cost is 20 euros per square meter.
Anyone wishing to move in must submit an expression of interest by October 31. Here, you'll need to answer questions such as:
- What current business challenge are you facing?
- What added value do you get from becoming part of the community?
- What sets you apart and why should you work at Ruffinihaus – Creative Hub?
- What business goal do you want to achieve during this time?
- How can you get involved in the Creative Hub community?
