Slush 2021: Finally meeting people again

Over 2,000 investors attended Slush in Helsinki in 2019, making the event the world's largest gathering of venture capital. After a one-year hiatus, the organizers now aim to repeat this success. The results on site are clear: with success.

It's actually only early in the morning – the Slush stage program begins at 10 a.m. – but there's a party atmosphere in the darkened halls of the Helsinki Exhibition Center. The stages and booths exude the flair of a techno party all day long. But don't let the lively atmosphere fool you. While a DJ and light show warm up the crowd, a film on the big screens gets visitors in the mood for the topics: climate change, environmental pollution, and the growing gap between rich and poor are some of the topics that will be the focus here.
