Sira Kinderbetreuung is building large-scale daycare centers with a maximum of ten children and two to three caregivers, and in Bavaria, so-called mini-daycare centers with a maximum of twelve children. The smaller group sizes require less space and lower structural requirements. The Munich-based company was founded in 2012 by Christina Ramgraber and David Siekaczek in Munich and now consists of two companies: Sira Projekte GmbH is responsible for setting up the mini-daycare centers for the cooperation partners, while Sira Kinderbetreuung gGmbH is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the mini-daycare centers.
