The Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs is supporting the Funding program start?Grant! for a period of one year, covering business expenses. Founders receive grants for rent and personnel, for the market launch of their product, and for research and development. A maximum of 50 percent of eligible expenses is subsidized for a period of one year. However, the total funding cannot exceed €36,000.
Applications possible until May 31
Interested startups must submit their application for Start?Zuschuss! online by May 31st. The application requires details of specific financing, a five-year financial plan, and, of course, information on the growth potential and scalability of the business model. It is also important to describe the market and target audience, as well as the startup team. Based on this information, a jury will evaluate all applications received in June. Funding for selected companies can then begin in August.
