The Generation-D competition is open to anyone who wants to advance our society with their ideas and startups. Students of all disciplines are just as welcome as young professionals who have already gained some professional experience.
The goal of the competition is to help teams combine social motivation with economic entrepreneurship. This foundation should enable the startups to achieve long-term, sustainable success. Previous winning projects have also been characterized by feasibility, sustainable effectiveness, and innovation, while simultaneously generating social added value.
How can social startups apply to Generation D?
The best applicant teams in this round will receive Generation D support through financial and non-material support. The winning teams will receive a total of €20,000 in prize money. The project-related prize money per team ranges from €1,500 to €7,500. The specific amount for the teams depends on the justified need for the implementation of the project.
