New Work Festival 'Big and Growing' in Munich

The new Munich festival 'Big and Growing' will take place between November 14 and 21, 2019. The theme of the event series: The Future of Work.

The core theme of the New Work Festival is how our working world will change in the future, digitally connected world. This world demands more freedom, flexibility, and meaningfulness. From this perspective, a total of 50 lectures, discussions, and workshops will explore and examine the aspects of diversity, inclusion, internationality, and female leadership.

The organizers of the festival are the two Munich residents Tina Ruseva, Founder of Mentessa, and Galina Bankova from 'Do Work You Love'. For the festival, they have adopted the mission "Let's make purpose work together." In this way, they want to proactively shape the future of work.

Big and Growing: Decentralized Event Spaces

For the decentralized festival with its comprehensive program, 12 Munich-based companies, organizations, and initiatives will open their doors for a total of 50 events. These include the Wayra Open Innovation Hub, Impact Hub Munich, the Munich Women's Forum, Base Co-Working, Do Work You Love, and Expat in the City.

Students pay 29 euros for the complete festival program, professionals 199 euros, and premium tickets cost 399 euros. Tickets are available here.
