Philippe Mareine, SEVP, Head of Group HR and Chief Digital & Transformation Officer at Atos, about the evening:

"As a German-French company with headquarters in Bezons and Munich, we at Atos strongly support bringing together young companies and business partners from both regions. The Franco-Bavarian Startup Night offers all participants a platform for forward-looking discussions, this time on the topic of 'Digital Solutions for Our Planet,' and successful collaborations to jointly drive innovation. Especially in Bavaria, Atos has close ties with the Technical University of Munich and the French Consulate, and we quickly recognized the potential of such an event. The Franco-Bavarian Startup Night took place for the third time this year – we have been committed to it from the very beginning and look forward to continued collaboration."

And also Benjamin Braun from the Munich startup Motius sees the added value of events like the Bavarian-French Startup Night. He says:

"Events like the Franco-Bavarian Startup Night bring together the private and public sectors, startups and big business, French and Bavarian players, and the Munich and Parisian startup ecosystems. This helps us all: technological challenges cannot be viewed in isolation. The interdisciplinary and cross-sector exchange, the mutual inspiration, is immensely important for us as a tech startup based in Munich, Stuttgart, and Dubai."
