Design Offices now has several locations in Munich alone. The corporate coworking provider can look back on a successful 2018. As current business figures show, the company increased its revenue by 70 percent last year.
Design Offices can look back on a successful year: At the end of 2018, the company had a total of 27 locations and over 102,000 square meters of total space, making it the leading provider of corporate coworking in Germany. With Erlangen, Heidelberg, and Leipzig, these included locations in B-cities for the first time. The successful growth strategy is also reflected in the business figures: In the past fiscal year, Design Offices increased its revenue from €25.1 million to €42.8 million—a growth of 70 percent.
New work atmosphere for the necessary productivity boost

The coworking provider is continuing its expansion efforts in 2019 and intends to further expand its network of locations, particularly in the metropolitan areas of Berlin, Cologne, and Munich, as well as outside of the major cities. The goal is to open 33 locations with a total area of 160,000 square meters by the end of the year.
