The Nuremberg hospitality trade fair HOGA and the Bavarian Hotel and Restaurant Association DEHOGA Bayern are looking for innovations for the Bavarian hospitality industry. Entrepreneurs who enrich the Bavarian hospitality industry with their ideas for food and drink can apply until November 30, 2018. The prizes include a booth at HOGA 2019, €2,000 in prize money, and marketing support from DEHOGA Bayern.
Big stage for gastronomy startups
Anyone with ideas that enrich the Bavarian hospitality industry is welcome to participate: restaurateurs, brewers, winemakers, food truckers, bakers, butchers, confectioners, bar owners, café owners, caterers, and many more. To participate in the startup competition, applicants simply send a brief description of their innovation along with images or video material via e-mail.
It doesn't matter whether the submitted product is already sold in restaurants and retail stores or whether it's still a prototype in the home kitchen, waiting for its breakthrough. Those who demonstrate the courage to go public with their innovation have the opportunity to present their idea to a broad professional audience at the Nuremberg Catering and Catering Trade Fair.
