Inveox has won the Munich Startup Award 2018 and can look forward to a prize of 5,000 euros. Mayor Josef Schmid presented the trophy on Tuesday during the Bits & Pretzels on the stage of the Schottenhamel Oktoberfest tent. Inveox was able to prevail in the pitch competition of the founders' festival against other Munich start-ups, including Loewi and UrmO, push through.
mayor Joseph Schmid Together with Bits & Pretzels organizers Bernd Storm, Felix Haas, and Andreas Bruckschlögl, Schmid opened the third day of the Founders' Festival, which now traditionally concludes with networking in the Schottenhamel tent at Oktoberfest. Schmid then named the Inveox founders the winners of the Munich Startup Award. He said of the award:
“The award recognizes the courage, innovative strength, and passion of Munich’s founders and is a recognition of the important impetus they provide for our economy.”
