Only a few more days – and then Munich will fill up not only with Oktoberfest visitors, but also with startups, investors, and successful entrepreneurs from all over the world! Around 3,600 participants are expected at Bits & Pretzels, the three-day startup festival.
The launch will take place on Sunday, September 27. Mayor Schmid will be present on the opening day, among others, and will present the advantages of the Bavarian capital as a startup location to the international audience.
The first two days at the International Congress Center of Messe München (ICM) are also packed with keynotes from well-known founders, varied panels and the startup exhibition.

Participants can expect a wide program with exciting insights for building a successful startup. In addition to around 50 local and international startups, more than 30 well-known players from the German startup scene will be represented in the exhibition area. Munich Startup will also have its own booth in the entrance area. We look forward to your visit, so stop by!
Networking in Bavarian
"Welcome to the world's largest folk festival" is also the motto at Bits & Pretzels this time. For the first time in the 205-year history of Oktoberfest, a Wiesn tent will be filled with over 3,000 people from the global startup scene. Jump into your lederhosen, slip into your dirndl – and find your Table Captain in the Schottenhamel festival tent for exchange and celebration together.
Gabriele

We are excited about the Founders Festival and look forward to inspiring discussions with founders, investors, and many more from the international startup scene!
