BioAngels connects life science startups and investors

For the fourth time, the Biotech cluster BioM in Martinsried on April 25th its matchmaking event BioAngels.

At BioAngels, early-stage startups have the opportunity to pitch their business ideas to investors. Prior to the event, participating founders receive presentation training. The organizers support potential investors in establishing investment consortia and inform them about new business ideas from the BioM network.

BioAngels is also looking for new investors

Startups from the following areas can apply to participate:

  • Innovative drug development
  • New diagnostic procedures
  • Big Data & Digital Health
  • Novel medical technologies and approaches to regenerative medicine
  • Innovative platform technologies and services

The startups should at least be aiming for seed financing in the future or have already completed a Series A or Series B financing round. The participation fee per person is €75 (plus VAT) for pre-seed projects and €150 (plus VAT) for already established companies.

Business angels, family offices and traditional venture capital investors who would like to invest in the life sciences and health tech sector can still register for the event.
