Work is integration. But how do refugees take their first steps into the German labor market? The answer: With Social BeeThe Munich-based startup operates as a personnel service provider: It hires refugees on a permanent basis, thus building bridges between them and companies. Social Bee gets the crowd on board! Overall, the Munich startup wants to use the currently running Crowdfunding campaign Collect 50,000 euros. And things are looking good, as the 40,000 euro mark has already been clearly exceeded.
And what is the financing for? Startnext Social Bee says:
"Integration work is a full-time job! If our funding is successful, we would like to expand and attract even more companies to our work. To do this, we need more office staff. These will be self-supporting in the long term, as we finance ourselves through the integration service for our clients."
As a thank you, the supporters will receive, among other things, a sweet post from Nearby or even a thank you party – depending on the amount of financial support. The campaign runs until May 2, 2017.
