The call of the jungle is ringing out again. The Royal Jungle is presenting itself in a new guise in 2017, this time as a Startup Rave on May 4th — and Munich Startup is on board as a media partner. As always, there will be a host of top-notch speakers, hoping to attract as many startups as possible. Participation is even free for them.
Organizer Chris Velbinger expects around 1,000 participants at his event in early May. He wants to offer them a cool startup event in an exclusive location. The jungle party will take place at Siemens' new global headquarters on Wittelsbacher Platz in Munich.
The speakers include big names such as EA co-founder Jeff Burton, AdBlock Plus founder Till Faida and Susanne Porsche, to name just a few. You can find an overview of the speakers here.
Participation for startups is free
Startups can participate in the event free of charge. All that is required is a Online application necessary.
Although the majority of participants will be startups, corporates are of course also welcome to participate. You can also apply online, but you'll want to act quickly, as tickets are limited.
The organizers have also come up with a little treat: At the CTO Battle Programming skills are in demand. In conjunction with Burda's Startup Bootcamp, a competition is being held where the goal is to solve a problem with as few lines of code as possible. This is a chance for all coders and nerds out there to demonstrate their skills and compete with others!
