Startup associations establish European Startup Network

A total of 16 democratically organized, non-profit and independent startup associations from Europe are founding members of the European Startup Network (ESN).

The aim of this European umbrella organization is to harmonize the European startup ecosystem with regard to legal frameworks and market access, as well as to promote the startup culture in Europe and in the individual member states.

European Startup Network: The most important fields of work

To achieve its objectives, the ESN is developing an action plan with three areas of work. It is the publisher of the European Startup Monitors (ESM), an annual study on startups and founder-friendly framework conditions in Europe, which, among other things, aims to provide fact-based support for political decision-making processes. andThe ESN supports the internationalization of startups and develops a European Soft landing program, which is intended to make it easier for startups to enter the market in other countries.
