Global Call: Telefónica's global accelerator program is now looking for a total of six national and international startups that want to advance and further develop their business.
Recently, three companies, e-bot7, 5Analytics and people.io, against more than 200 applicants from all over the world and are in the Munich Wayra Academy To advance their product development, they can now Early-stage startups from the areas of Consumer IoT, Big Data, Financial & Banking, Video Technology, Entertainment & Applications, Cyber Security and Digital solutions for shops apply for the new round of the Telefónica accelerator Wayra.
Above all, teams that create technological solutions that can improve everyday life and thus make Telefonica a OnLife Telco have a good chance of being accepted into the nine-month program, which begins in November 2016.
Financial injection and access to the network
The most innovative start-up teams will receive funding of 40,000 euros and additionally 40,000 euros in Services: an individual acceleration program, support from Telefónica Deutschland in joint product development and access to the global network.
At the end of the nine-month program, the startups will pitch at Wayra Demo Day in front of invited industry experts, investors, and journalists. Applicants who advance to the next round will be invited to a personal selection meeting.
