The nine winners of the WECONOMY 2016 start-up initiative have been announced. Good news for Munich as a startup location: With Cevotec, Evalu and TerraLoupe Three Munich startups made it into the top nine.
The winners:
TerraLoupe analyzes aerial image data of large areas using artificial intelligence. The Munich-based startup impressed the jury with this innovative technology.

The “mobile running trainer” from Evalu, which receives data via sensors in the insole of the sports shoe and thus gives individual tips for running training, was able to prevail against the other participants.
The team of Cevotec impressed with its innovative product system, which produces even complex carbon parts fully automatically and cost-effectively in series.

They now benefit from a WECONOMY weekend, where they receive valuable feedback and tips from top managers and entrepreneurial personalities on how to further develop their business model.
In addition, the WECONOMY team will be available to provide advice and support for a year and help with further implementation.
