The drone manufacturers Quantum Systems now has two CEOs. Effective January, Florian Seibel, co-founder and CEO of the company, will have Sven Kruck as Co-CEO. Kruck has served as Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director of the company since December 2022. Seibel will focus on products, technology, and strategy, while Kruck will oversee operations, sales, and finance.
As part of the transition, Frank Thieser, Chief Financial Officer since 2020, is stepping down from active management. He will assume the role of Senior Advisor to Seibel. Jonas Jarosch, who joined the company as Director of Finance in fall 2024, will succeed Thieser. As the new CFO, he will contribute his expertise in operations and financial strategy.
At the same time, Quantum Systems also announced the appointment of Martin Karkour as its new Chief Sales Officer. He will succeed Kruck.
Quantum Systems: From startup to global player
Since its founding a decade ago, Seibel has Development by Quantum Systems from a small startup to a global company. Seibel commented:

Kruck has played a crucial role in increasing the company's revenue and operational efficiency. Looking back, Kruck:
