Participation in the award is open to everyone from the Alpine region: startups, long-established companies, institutions, associations, private individuals and teams.
Green Infrastructure Goes Business Award: Awards ceremony in Slovenia
An international jury will select six to eight winners or winning teams. They will then benefit from:
- Tailor-made coaching to take your business or idea to the next level,
- international networking with other companies, experts and sponsors,
- Pitching in front of an international audience at the awards ceremony in Slovenia
- and presence on the GI Goes Business website.
The GI Goes Business Award is a competition to promote the green economy and nature-based businesses in the Alpine macro-region, initiated within the framework of the EU Strategy for the Alpine Region (EUSALP).
The 2024 edition is funded and supported by the Slovenian Ministry of Natural Resources and Spatial Planning, the Soča Valley Development Centre, the Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol and the Bavarian State Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection.
