The Ruffinihaus – Creative Hub is entering its third round. From the beginning of 2025, the Cultural and Creative Industries Competence Team will once again offer office space for cultural and creative industry players in the Ruffinihaus at Rindermarkt for self-employed people and entrepreneurs who
- are based in Munich,
- want to establish a company in Munich or relocate their company headquarters to Munich,
- want to further develop themselves and their offerings and
- Seek inspiration, exchange and collaboration with other creatives.
From February 2025 to January 2027, a total of 22 rooms, ranging from 16 to 28 square meters, will be available on the first floor. A usage fee of €20 per square meter, plus 19 percent VAT, will be charged.
The Creative Hub, located in a prime city center location, offers:
- Consulting and qualifications
- Networking events and peer learning formats
- A dedicated community hosting for network building, internal hub communication and event support
During the project period, users will have the opportunity to use a shop at Rindermarkt 10 as a community project for up to six weeks, thereby presenting their projects, products and services to a wider public.

Interested parties can now apply for the roomsThe deadline for applications is September 13, and interviews are expected to take place in autumn 2024.
