DESCRIPTION:There are still few female founders in the tech start-up scene. Why is this the case and what can be done to bring more gender diversity into the start-up scene? In this U Talk you will hear a discussion of female founders and an investor. \nEveryone agrees that women have a big potential when it comes to founding a tech start-up. Women bring in very strong communication skills and different solutions to problems. Even investors start to push start-ups to have more female managers in main positions. But as women and men communicate differently\, investors have to be open and aware to the differences and re-think the patterns they have for male start-ups. \nWomen have a higher motivation for business ideas with social impact.
