SUMMARY:Online: Navigating the Circular Economy with "Business Model Innovation"
DESCRIPTION:Circular Munich is teaming up with the BMI Lab to bring you this interactive and hands-on mini-workshop about Business Model Innovation for Circular Economy. \nThe mini-workshop about the Circular Navigator will be led by BMI Lab\, a spin-off of the University of St. Gallen with a decade of experience in designing and implementing new business models. We are looking forward to welcoming you to a sneak peek into the pattern-based approach for generating innovative ideas for circular ecosystems. The methodology is based on the proven St. Gallen Business Model Navigator as well as the Circular Economy specific results of the LACE research program. This approach combines the co-creation of innovative ecosystems and the design of the respective sustainable and profitable business models of the actors within the ecosystem. \nAGENDA\nJoin this interactive 90-min session to learn about the approach and methodology co-developed by the University of St. Gallen and the BMI Lab. After an introduction\, you will be split into their respective industry groups to get acquainted and try out the methodology.
