DESCRIPTION:HACK ‚N‘ TALK MedTech Special Edition in cooperation with EIT health \nFirst\, we start off with an inspirational talk by Dr. Sebastian Krammer! \nAs a medical doctor\, he faced the challenge that no provider in the market was offering a satisfactory software solution for the daily problems encountered in clinics. In collaboration with Nicolas Jakob (computer scientist) and Christian Albrecht (business economist)\, they founded Avelios Medical together. \nThrough their software Avelios\, they enable deep digitization of all workflows within hospitals with innovative software and automatically generate up to 2.000 structured data points (linked to international ontologies like SNOMED CT and LOINC) per patient treatment\, which can be directly reused for research (e.g. AI) and billing. \nIn his talk “Digitizing hospitals for data-driven patient care”\, Dr. Sebastian Krammer\, will give a general overview of the idea behind data-driven healthcare\, how it is necessary to first create the basis for developing algorithms\, e.g. diagnosis support\, and afterward to be able to implement them in a meaningful way in the daily work process. \nIf you want to learn more about how this is possible and what barriers you should be aware of when founding a startup in the healthcare sector\, then JOIN US. \nBesides that\, we will hear six start-up ideas from our ecosystem presented in a minute-pitch on our HACK’N’TALK. \nHier findet Ihr mehr Informationen zu der Veranstaltung.
