Tubulis increases Series B to 128 million euros:<\/strong> Tubulis is working on special antibody-drug conjugates for cancer therapy. The Munich-based biotech company has now completed an expanded and oversubscribed Series B2 financing round of 128 million euros<\/a> EQT Life Sciences and Nextech Invest Ltd are leading the round. Numerous existing investors are also participating, including Bayern Kapital, Biomedpartners, Coparion, High-Tech Gr\u00fcnderfonds (HTGF), Occident, and Seventure Partners. Two new US investors are also participating: Frazier Life Sciences and Deep Track Capital. Tubulis intends to use the funds from the current financing round to complete the initial clinical evaluation of two drug candidates and further develop its own technology platform. Series C: 100 million euros for Finn:<\/strong> Following the Series B round in June 2022, in which Finn secured 103 million euros (110 million dollars), the Munich-based company is now closing a Series C of 100 million euros<\/a> ($110 million) in equity. The round is led by the sustainability-focused growth equity fund Planet First Partners. Existing investors such as HV Capital, Korelya Capital, UVC Partners, White Star Capital, and Picus Capital are also participating. With the newly raised capital, the car subscription provider aims to accelerate its growth in the electric vehicle sector, with the goal of more than doubling the share of low-emission vehicles from the current 40 percent by 2028. Planet A Foods closes Series A<\/strong>: The Munich-based startup Planet A Foods secures 14.1 million euros<\/a> ($15.4 million) in its Series A round. Under the brand name Choviva, the foodtech produces cocoa-free chocolate primarily for the food industry. The climate VC World Fund is leading the financing round. Omnes Capital, Cherry Ventures, Mudcake, Nucleus Capital, and TriplePoint Capital also participated. Planet A Foods plans to use the fresh capital to drive Choviva's international expansion and expand its process to include other plant-based ingredients.
