Mental health through evidence-based training<\/strong>: Whether you're a founder, manager, or employee, stress reduces performance on an individual level, but also in organizations. However, there are many sources of stress, and simply reducing your workload is often not enough. The Munich-based startup Amind has therefore set itself the goal of promoting evidence-based mindfulness and increasing (self-)security and (self-)care.
