NetZero<\/strong> aims to advance the energy transition with its sustainability platform. With its academy, the startup not only provides training, but also supports its community in its daily work. NetZero's vision is ambitious: Together with its graduates, they aim to achieve a reduction of ten million tons of CO2 equivalents by 2027. This corresponds to the average emissions of around one million Germans per year. Wow urban utopias:<\/strong> Many Munich residents are probably familiar with the term "Schanigarten" by now: these temporary outdoor areas of restaurants, usually set up in parking lots, are extremely popular in the summer. The parklet is a kind of public counterpart. Here, too, parking spaces are converted with the help of structures, usually into seating areas with additional amenities such as urban gardening opportunities or barter lockers. Bicycle parking spaces are also often integrated. The Munich-based startup Wow Urbane Utopien is behind several of these parklets in the state capital and elsewhere.
