Munich Startup: <\/em>Many already know Shareyourspace from our previous interviews<\/a>But tell me again: who are you and what do you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tobias Wagner:<\/em> Our company Shareyourspace is a Munich-based Proptech dedicated to the mission of \u201cBoosting Flexibility and Sustainability.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keyword flexibility: In a constantly changing world, fewer and fewer people and companies want and can enter into a long-term space commitment: The need for spatially and temporally flexible Office space <\/a>is huge, but the office market is rigid due to long-term, complex leases. Space is almost never "tailor-made" \u2013 rarely at the time of leasing, and even more rarely over time. Companies, organizations, and businesses change, and premises don't evolve with them. What's needed is a comprehensive, cost-effective offering of space that's flexible in terms of both time and location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution lies in the existing inventory: It is important to make existing space (whether owned or rented) available and utilize it more intensively! Offices, workstations, conference, meeting, and training rooms are generally not occupied 24\/7, but are unused on average up to 70 percent of the time. For example, due to vacancy, part-time work, out-of-office days, too much space, or temporary vacancies. Munich Startup: <\/em>Why should startups in particular know you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tobias Wagner:<\/em> Startups \u2013 and scaleups too \u2013 work best in spaces that fit their needs! On Shareyourspace, they find these spaces whenever and wherever they need them.
