1st place:<\/strong> First place is secured in October Beezer<\/strong> with its appearance on "The Lion's Den." Founding duo Max Huber and Moritz Sch\u00fcller presented their Beezer, a beverage cooler that's supposed to bring everything from cans to wine bottles to the perfect drinking temperature within minutes. The Beezer achieves this with the help of a compressor-based cooling unit. This allows the air inside the device to reach temperatures of minus 30 degrees Celsius. The cold air flows around the bottle, which in turn rotates on its axis to ensure even cooling. Find out here whether a deal has been made with the Lions<\/a>. (Photo: Frank W. \"Summ<\/a>
2nd place:<\/strong> Second place in our 'Startups of the Month' in October goes to Summ AI<\/strong> with a funding announcement. The Munich-based startup, which can translate any complex text into plain English with its AI-powered tool 'Summ AI,' has raised a seven-figure sum in a pre-seed round. With the fresh capital, Summ AI now intends to expand its team, especially in the sales area, and further develop its AI-based product portfolio<\/a>. \"Pina<\/a>
3rd place:<\/strong> Also on the October podium is Pina Earth<\/strong>. The Munich-based startup aims to make German forests more climate-resilient<\/a>To this end, it has developed a forest conversion methodology and a technology to make the resulting CO2 reduction measurable. Pina Earth thus offers climate protection projects for which CO2 certificates can be purchased and an additional source of income for forest owners. \"Sneak<\/a>
4th place:<\/strong> Personalization instead of mass production \u2013 this is the approach pursued by Sneak print<\/strong> with its custom-made sneakers made using 3D printing, making it into the top 5 of October's 'Startups of the Month'. Sneakers aren't sold by size; instead, each wearer's foot is measured, digitized, and analyzed in advance to model and produce a suitable "me-size" midsole. Using 3D printing, Sneakprint can individually adjust the hardness and shape and then produce everything in a single process.
