Recup operates a reusable system for the out-of-home market, in which, according to the company, around 21,000 restaurants in Germany participate. Since its founding in 2016, the Munich startup<\/a> The vision of creating a circular ecosystem to avoid single-use packaging. The Hanover-based startup Crafting Future, in turn, has made a name for itself as a developer and producer of measurably sustainable reusable containers. These include the Rebowls introduced by Recup in 2020. With these, the Munich-based company expanded its business from coffee-to-go to the food sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With this merger, the two companies are combining their respective expertise.
