For the mental health of their insured, the private health insurance companies Ottonova<\/a> and the mental health app Lumeus from Emotrain. The Lumeus app offers an emotion training program designed to help manage stress, anxiety, and depression, promote healthy sleep, and break unhealthy eating habits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new partnership gives Ottonova policyholders access to emotion training through the "Health X \u2013 Experience your health" rewards program. Users can collect points by actively participating in surveys or product tests and then redeem them for various health offers. The portfolio now also includes the Lumeus app and the "Power of Emotions," "Slimming Training," "Emotional Children's Training," and "Mental Sleep Training" training programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emotrain<\/a>, which includes the Lumeus app, is committed to developing innovative approaches to promoting well-being and mental health. The startup combines insights from the fields of psychology, neuroscience, and music therapy to offer solutions for mental health problems. The Lumeus app was developed by Central Testing Center for Prevention<\/a> certified, the effectiveness of the underlying method in a Pilot study by the Max Planck Institute of Psychiatry<\/a> confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
