It recognizes companies for the most innovative IT applications and most disruptive digital solutions in various categories. The non-monetary prize is awarded in a total of nine different categories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purchasing &amp; Supply Chain Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Munich-based startup Blickfeld won the Purchase &amp; Supply Chain Management category. The award-winning solution is based on lidar technology and enables precise real-time inventory recording. The solution can even be used for bulk materials that are difficult to measure using conventional methods. The measurement results are then automatically transmitted to an IoT ecosystem or a cloud. The information obtained enables companies in sectors such as agriculture, construction, and mining to base inventory planning on current data and make their supply chain management more efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Florian Petit<\/strong>, one of the founders and Chief Experience Officer of <a href=\"\/en\/startups\/blickfeld-gmbh\/\">Blickfeld<\/a>, says:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&quot;We are delighted that the award jury has rated our solution as the most disruptive digital technology for supply chain management of 2023. Many companies still manage their supply chain processes manually, for example using spreadsheets, and waste significant profit potential with time-consuming and error-prone methods. Easy-to-use technologies like our volume capture solution, which create immediate added value, are driving the urgently needed digitalization of the supply chain and helping users immediately benefit from digitized, automated processes.&quot;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legal &amp; Tax<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Legal &amp; Tax category, <a href=\"\/en\/day\/kertos\/\">Kertos<\/a> A Munich-based startup has prevailed against its competitors. The company offers a data protection and compliance product that automates operational business processes. The solution is intended to automate all previously manually handled data protection processes, from data subject requests to implementing deletion concepts and maintaining process records. Thanks to the startup&#039;s no-code approach, the solution requires no programming knowledge for implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/kertos-privacy_kertos101-activity-7102908882477268992--FOp?utm_source=share&amp;utm_medium=member_desktop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LinkedIn<\/a> The startup thanks its team for their commitment and explains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&quot;This award reminds us that data privacy challenges are constantly evolving. At Kertos, we strive to push the technological boundaries in this area. Our promise: to empower organizations to address data privacy with confidence.&quot;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Best of Technology Award saw another Munich winner in the Finance category: the process mining company <a href=\"\/en\/startups\/celonis\/\">Celonis<\/a> was able to impress the jury here. Even in the financial area, it&#039;s worthwhile to review and optimize a company&#039;s processes. For example, companies can identify and reverse duplicate payments or increase productivity by shortening processing times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Human Resources and IT &amp; Cybersecurity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it was not quite enough for victory for <a href=\"\/en\/startups\/mentessa\/\">Mentessa<\/a> and <a href=\"\/en\/startups\/primary-target-gmbh\/\">Primary Target<\/a>Mentessa ranked third in the Human Resources category with its platform that connects employees for skills-based learning and collaboration.
