Together with the Hannover Medical School<\/a> (MHH), Simpleclub is digitizing the training of medical assistants (MFAs). For this purpose, 392 topics of the MFA training will be digitally prepared on the platform. In total, trainees can expect 2,000 pieces of content in the form of texts, videos, interactive graphics and animations, as well as exercises. The training regulations and the underlying framework curriculum serve as the basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professor Dr. Frank Lammert<\/strong>, Board Member for Health Care and Vice President of the MHH, explains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

"In the future, patient care and prevention will be provided by multidisciplinary teams. With over 3,000 new contracts signed in medicine and dentistry last year, this training profession was the top one in Lower Saxony. We fully support the MFA training program to prepare trainees as well as possible for the challenges of the future."<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

This year, around 25 young people will begin their MFA training at MHH. Simpleclub's digital learning platform will be part of their training from the very beginning and will support them through to their final exams. The university will provide full access to this platform free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Simpleclub wants to support socially important professions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Simpleclub already offers content for 20 apprenticeships, with more to follow. the Munich startup<\/a> recently secured the support of small and medium-sized businesses: Several German family entrepreneurs invested in July 3 million euros<\/a> in Simpleclub with the declared aim of advancing digital vocational training in German SMEs and thus alleviating the shortage of skilled workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new offering seems to be well received by the trainees; they have already been able to examine initial content such as the index card system and exam situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
