\"Fazua<\/a>
Fazua<\/a> specializes in lightweight and compact drive systems for e-bikes that are fully integrated into the frame and yet completely removable. The startup has thus established a new category of 'light e-bikes'. With this approach, the startup has not only convinced numerous well-known brands of its technology, but also investors such as Hightech Gr\u00fcnder Fonds, Bayern Kapital, UVC Partners, and others. Recently, Porsche also expressed interest in Fazua and bought the startup in 2022<\/a>Fazua, which emerged from the SCE incubator, has since been merged into Porsche Ebike Performance. \"ChargeX\"<\/a>
ChargeX<\/a> has developed a modular charging system for electric cars, specifically designed for charging in underground car parks and at the workplace. The charging solution requires only one power connection and can be flexibly expanded to supply many electric cars in one location. The startup is pursuing the vision of so-called "snack charging": charging electric cars when they are not needed. ChargeX also recently presented a bi-directional charging concept for electric cars in corporate fleets. The startup, which launched its last Financing round<\/a> could complete, according to Munich Startup Insights<\/a> now have a company valuation of 4 to 6 million euros. \"Ajuma\"<\/a>
Ajuma<\/a> has developed a 'UV Bodyguard' that warns against excessive UV radiation. A small sensor detects UV radiation and sends the values to the phone via Bluetooth. Users enter their skin type and current sun protection in the corresponding app and are warned in good time as soon as UV exposure becomes too high. The startup is not only known for its victory in the Health Challenge of the European Space Program Copernicus or as the winner of the ISPO Brandnew Award \u2013 some may also already know the startup from television: In 2021, the startup with an investment from the TV show \u201cThe Lion\u2019s Den\u201d<\/a>Ajuma received funding from the SCE, including the "Startup Certificate." Dcubed<\/a> develops, produces, and markets so-called actuators, i.e., mechanisms that can extend folded systems such as solar panels or antennas. This allows significantly larger devices to be packed into satellites. The startup's systems have already reached TRL-9. NASA uses the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) to assess the development status of new technologies for space travel. TRL-9 represents the highest level and proof of successful deployment. For the development of its next generation of actuators, which are expected to measure only a few millimeters, the startup is receiving funding as part of the Central Innovation Program for SMEs (ZIM) of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK). promoted<\/a>The SCE has supported Dcubed, among other things, through the "Startup Certificate" program and supported it in "Exist." Electric Flytrai<\/a>n develops turnkey, electric drive trains for flying objects. The startup aims to provide customized solutions for aircraft manufacturers as well as for unmanned aircraft. The goal is to accelerate the development of electric aircraft. The startup has attracted attention from, among others, the US business magazine Forbes: It counts one of its three founders, Tobias Kahnert, among its current \u201c30 under 30 Europe\u201d <\/a>in the "Manufacturing & Industry" category.
