The second generation of users has their offices in Ruffinihaus Creative Hub<\/a> at Rindermarkt in Munich. They were selected in a two-stage application process by the Cultural and Creative Industries Competence Team. The goal of the Creative Hub in the Ruffinihaus is, on the one hand, to create optimal working conditions for members of Munich's cultural and creative industries. On the other hand, ideally, it also aims to develop a mutually beneficial entrepreneurial community. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first joint projects of the users are already in development and will be presented at this year's Munich Creative Business Week (MCBW).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Business incubator for the cultural and creative industries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Municipal representative Kristina Frank, economic representative Clemens Baumg\u00e4rtner and cultural representative Anton Biebl welcomed the new users. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clemens Baumg\u00e4rtner<\/strong>, Labour and Economic Affairs Officer, says:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

"With the Ruffinihaus Creative Hub, we offer the cultural and creative industries a business incubator specifically tailored to their needs. The industry represents a combination of aesthetic and economic creativity, which provides valuable impetus for Munich as a business location. The Ruffinihaus Creative Hub provides the industry with greater visibility, opportunities for individual development, and thus more growth opportunities." <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAffordable and representative spaces\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

"The Ruffinihaus is a space of possibilities. We absolutely need places like this for new things to develop. The individually designed offices are calling cards for the different companies. When 35 creative people work next door to each other, ideas multiply. You inspire each other, expand your networks, and receive feedback that helps you move forward." <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

adds cultural officer Anton Biebl<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And municipal officer Kristina Frank<\/strong>, says: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

"I am delighted that the cultural and creative industries, with their innovative and transformative potential, have found a home in the Ruffinihaus. It is a place that brings people together, gives rise to new projects, and where ideas for the future are developed. It is a personal concern of mine to provide affordable yet prestigious spaces for cultural and creative professionals.
