Ampeers Energy<\/a><\/strong> offers a cloud-based energy management platform that enables companies to harness the economic and ecological potential of the energy transition. This platform is based on Fraunhofer software. The startup's service portfolio includes a neighborhood energy management tool, a tenant electricity app, and a software solution for the controlled charging of electric vehicles. The software offering is based on the AI-supported energy management platform 'EMS-EDM PROPHET'. Energyminer<\/a><\/strong> develops and operates kinetic hydropower plants. The Munich-based company's micro-hydropower plants generate electricity from the flow velocity of rivers without interfering with the river habitat. The hydropower plants are located almost entirely underwater and barely visible. Inside, a turbine system operates, driven by the river's flow velocity. In the event of flooding or ice drift, the system automatically sinks to the bottom, thus bringing itself to safety\u2014but continues to produce electricity. Orcan Energy<\/a><\/strong> produces energy modules for converting waste heat into clean electricity. The company's technology uses small to medium-sized industrial heat sources in the low-temperature range to generate electricity. Potential applications for the solution include engines, industrial processes, and ships. According to the company, more than 500 of the Munich-based startup's systems are in operation worldwide. They have already helped save over 130,000 tons of CO2, and this figure is expected to rise to approximately 1 million tons over their lifetime. Stabl Energy<\/a><\/strong> is developing a technology that makes battery storage more efficient, safer, and more cost-effective. To do this, the Munich-based company divides high-voltage battery packs into many smaller modules. Using the specially developed technology, these modules are then dynamically interconnected. This concept is intended to protect against failures, improve safety, and save energy. Stabl's technology allows the use of both new and discarded batteries, such as those from electric cars.
