At the beginning of November 2022, there was still some reason for hope for Munich Pursue<\/a>. Bastian Salewsky<\/strong>, CEO of Windeln.de since April 2022, explained at the time: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

"The first half of 2022 was mixed. However, the company was able to improve its adjusted earnings. The cost-cutting course we had taken was effective, but unfortunately we were unable to complete the necessary capital increase. Filing an application for insolvency was therefore unavoidable. We will now provide the provisional insolvency administrator with the best possible support. The goal is to find an investor for Windeln.de."<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Windeln.de: \u201cSustainable continuation of business operations is not possible without an investor\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

While the insolvency administrator Ivo-Meinert Willrodt was looking for new investors, the business continued. However, the insolvency administrator has now announced Press release<\/a>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

"During the investor process, despite numerous discussions with interested parties, no investor could be found for the company. A permanent continuation of business operations is not possible without an investor. A sale is planned in the coming weeks and months. After that, the company will have to be shut down." <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

For Windeln.de, this marks the end after 13 years. The Munich-based company was founded in 2010 and went public in 2015. The online shop offered around 19,000 items for everyday needs for babies and children.
