The two founders, Andreas Martin and Daniel V\u00f6ckler, focus on providing an overview of workflows and their execution. Once the workflows are defined, the software guides every employee in the company through the process steps and ensures that everything is completed correctly, transparently, and on time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&quot;There are two universal truths that affect virtually all organizations. First, companies are desperate when it comes to organization. Without a clear overview and a lack of tools, the right hand often doesn&#039;t know what the left hand is doing. Information exists in silos, and processes designed to promote transparency and value creation are so cumbersome that they are rarely followed. This leads to costly errors and delays. As a result, companies develop even more complex processes and use tools that aren&#039;t fit for purpose, further fragmenting the system landscape.&quot;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>says <strong>Andreas Martin<\/strong>, CEO and co-founder of Flowers Software. He further explains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&quot;Secondly, every company&#039;s business logic is completely unique. But standalone tools are designed as if all companies have the same logic. Therefore, companies struggle to map their processes to the logic of a specific standalone solution. They want a flexible solution that adapts to their needs.&quot;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cFlowers sets new standards for small and medium-sized enterprises\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, the startup has won over investors for the first time, securing seed funding of \u20ac3.2 million. La Famiglia is leading the financing round, with participation from LEA Partners and Collective Ventures. Other investors include Personios co-founder Ignaz Forstmeier, SAP Hybris founder Carsten Thoma, Sevdesk founders Fabian Silberer and Marco Reinbold, and Ironhack co-founder Gonzalo Manrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&quot;Flowers sets new standards for small and medium-sized businesses. Efficiency, productivity, and profitability have been significantly increased through hyper-automated workflows. This has resonated with many customers across various industries. With Flowers, companies have, for the first time, software that adapts to their way of working, not the other way around.
