Gyri Reiersen from Tanso:<\/strong> Tanso develops software that enables companies to collect their environmental data and report it to customers and regulators. The startup's solution aims to help the manufacturing industry achieve climate neutrality. Tanso was founded in 2021 by Fabian Sinn, Till Wiechmann, Lorenz Hetzel, and Gyri Reiersen. The robotics and AI engineer explains her intention behind the company: interview<\/a>: "For me, founding a company is a means to an end. Climate change is the greatest challenge facing our generation, and I have decided to contribute my skills and time to solving this problem." Veronika Schweighart from Climedo:<\/strong> In 2017, Veronika Schweighart founded Climedo together with her two co-founders, Sascha Ritz and Dragan Mileski. The healthtech startup has developed a digital platform for decentralized clinical trials with a focus on patients. Climedo's goal is to find solutions for efficient and data protection-compliant clinical data collection. Climedo is not Schweighart's first startup; she previously co-founded Nuclino, a collaboration tool for productive teamwork. In the interview we wanted to know from her<\/a>on which sectors she would focus on for future startups: "Continued digitalization in healthcare; there is still a huge amount of work to be done here to sustainably improve people's health and quality of life. Monja M\u00fchling from Smartlane: <\/strong>Smartlane develops AI-based software for automating and optimizing transport planning. Founded in 2015, the startup collects and uses its software solution to enable dynamic order and route management. Smartlane is run by three founders: Monja M\u00fchling, Mathias Baur, and Florian Schimandl. When asked what motivated them to found the company, Monja M\u00fchling explains in interview<\/a>"I've always wanted to play a decisive role in my career and make a tangible difference with my own ideas. For me, the greatest motivation is seeing that my efforts have a direct impact on the company's success\u2014and can also have a short- or long-term impact on the global economy." Caroline Albert from Nebumind:<\/strong> The Munich-based startup Nebumind has developed software that enables manufacturing companies to bring greater transparency to their production processes and systematically optimize them. The software collects and processes data so that production facilities can more quickly trace and eliminate quality defects. The company was founded in 2019 by Caroline Albert and Franz Engel. What would the Munich-based founder have liked to have known before starting her first company? Caroline Albert shares her thoughts in the interview<\/a>: "How much patience one must have, at least in an industrial environment. It's normal for the next follow-up to take two months after an interesting exchange, for the signing of a confidentiality agreement to take three months, and for the final contract to drag on for over a year. Sabine H\u00e4u\u00dfermann from Visionhealth<\/strong>: Visionhealth sees itself as a pioneer in the field of digital therapy for chronic respiratory diseases. Together with patients, research institutions, industry partners, and experts from medicine and IT, the Munich-based health tech startup develops digital health solutions that aim to enable sustainable improvements in existing treatment standards for patients with asthma and COPD. The company was founded in 2017 by Sabine H\u00e4u\u00dfermann, a graduate engineer with a doctorate in engineering. We wanted to learn from her in the interview<\/a> Wanted to know if, in her opinion, it's a good time to start a business? Her answer: "It's definitely a good time to start a business. The digital revolution is putting us in a period of upheaval, and we need to help shape it to ensure the best outcomes for society and health.
