Every electronic product contains a printed circuit board (PCB) with tiny hardware components\u2014each with its own specifications, prices, and availability. Until now, PCBs were developed manually, primarily using the experience of electronics developers and their research into the required components. This leads to highly complex and time-consuming development cycles to ultimately achieve a final design with component selection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More than 1,800 users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.celus.io\/en\/product_overview?hsLang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Development platform<\/a> The Celus project aims to support electronics developers with comprehensive component data from electronics manufacturers. Design automation enables the flexible replacement of components on a printed circuit board. This allows electrical engineers to adapt their product&#039;s supply chain to delivery bottlenecks or price changes without the usual manual effort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the company, more than 1,800 developers are already using the Munich-based startup&#039;s engineering platform. With the \u20ac25 million raised, Celus intends, among other things, to further drive its growth with a focus on the US market and further expand its team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cPosition yourself at the heart of the electronics industry\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tobias Pohl<\/strong>, CEO of Celus, commented on the current financing round:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&quot;Developers spend far too much time relying on memory or manually searching for parts that might perform a specific function. Celus changes the game by providing developers with a digital tool that drastically speeds up the process and automates many manual steps. The new round of funding and the support of our high-profile investors and our distinguished active advisory board will enable us to expand our user base worldwide and open a Celus office in the US\u2014positioning us at the heart of the electronics industry.
