You can find more events in our <a href=\"\/en\/dates\/\">Schedule overview<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E-commerce solutions \u201cMade in Munich\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"\/en\/startups\/presize-ai\/\">Presize<\/a> has attracted attention in recent weeks, and not only through its acquisition by Meta. The founders of the Munich-based startup themselves \u2013 Awais Shafique and Leon Szeli \u2013 also made headlines by making it onto the latest Forbes list of 30 under 30 Europe. Naturally, in the &quot;Retail &amp; Ecommerce&quot; category. And with Moritz Weisbrodt, we find another Munich native on the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weisbrodt founded the startup <a href=\"\/en\/startups\/alaiko-gmbh\/\">Alaiko<\/a> He founded the company with the aim of revolutionizing e-commerce logistics for fast-growing brands. To this end, the startup offers online shops an automated platform that connects them directly with logistics and shipping providers. Furthermore, the Munich-based company&#039;s service enables shops to offer their customers a seamless platform for self-managing orders. You can hear the rest starting at minute 3:20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fast delivery and logistics for stationary retailers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"\/en\/day\/arrive\/\">Arrive<\/a> However, it makes a completely different promise (starting at minute 5:00): The e-commerce company aims to deliver cosmetic products, jewelry, perfume, scented candles, and tech gadgets to its customers within 30 minutes. Founded only in 2021, the startup is already active in Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, D\u00fcsseldorf, and Hamburg and has already successfully completed three financing rounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The startup also focuses on logistics <a href=\"\/en\/startups\/charry-gmbh\/\">Charry<\/a>The Munich-based company has developed a ship-from-store solution that allows brick-and-mortar retailers to outsource their entire logistics to the company. This should save them time, money, and hassle. To this end, the company, founded in 2016, cooperates not only with well-known logistics providers but also with online marketplaces such as eBay and Zalando. We explain exactly how Charry works starting at minute 7:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns cause costs, waste, and CO2 emissions \u2013 three good reasons for online retailers to keep them as low as possible. But how? The Munich-based startup <a href=\"\/en\/startups\/keepoala\/\">Keepoala<\/a> starts with the customer (starting at minute 9:30). If the customer decides not to return a product, they are rewarded with bonus points in the startup&#039;s app of the same name. In this way, Keepoala aims to help consumers close the gap between their wishes and their actual behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The VC Global Founders Capital<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As always, we conclude the episode with a look at an investor. This time it&#039;s about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalfounderscapital.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Global Founders Capital<\/a>, the VC arm of Rocket Internet (from minute 12:15).
