\"Greenforce\"<\/a>
Greenforce<\/a> wants to create an alternative protein supply with the 'world's most sustainable plant-based meat' \u2013 and do so as easily as possible. The products, such as vegan bratwurst, nuggets, or spreadable sausage, are sold as easy-to-mix powders. By adding water and oil, the powders are transformed into a meat, fish, or other equivalent mass. All products are 100 percent vegan and made in Germany. With this approach, Greenforce has even convinced major players such as the animal rights organization PETA, which awarded the Munich-based food startup the 2021 Green Product Award and the Vegan Food Award<\/a> Greenforce products can be found in Rewe, Edeka, and M\u00fcller stores, for example. \"Mingagreens\"<\/a>
Mingagreens aims to bring microgreens \u2013 herb and vegetable sprouts \u2013 to its customers' plates. The sprouts are rich in vital nutrients and are sown and grown from certified organic seeds in an indoor farm in Munich. Mingagreen was founded in 2021 by Gernot Kleinberger, Florian G\u00f6ttl, and Thomas Heller-Regenbogen, who not only sell healthy sprouts with their microgreens, but want to solve a pleasure problem<\/a>Mingagreens products can be found primarily in organic supermarkets such as Basic and Vollcorner. Granola without refined sugar, without preservatives, without additives and only with natural ingredients \u2013 that\u2019s what customers get at Crunchtaste<\/a>The Munich-based food startup aims to offer a healthy alternative to conventional muesli products, which often contain added sugar and other additives. "Crunchtaste's granola is sweetened exclusively with small amounts of agave syrup, so vegans also get their money's worth," says founder Laura Kniggendorf in Interview with Munich Startup<\/a>The granola products are sold at Dallmayr and the Schwabinger Hofladen in Munich, among others. Pl\u00e4in produces its plant-based alternative to cow's milk from Freising brewery water, coconut milk, rice, rice protein, and sunflower oil. Founded in 2019 by Michael Sysoev, Julia Deuter, and Jonathan Herrmann, the startup produces a local, plant-based milk substitute that is bottled in returnable bottles to "defy the 'Tetra Pak' craze." as the three founders emphasize in an interview with Munich Startup<\/a>Customers can find the plant-based milk alternative at all Vollcorner stores, at Feinkost K\u00e4fer, and at the Ohne stores in Munich, among others. \"Yfood\"<\/a>
It all started with 'Meal Replacement Drinks', now the product portfolio of Yfood<\/a> also hot bowls, i.e. meals to be poured over, bars, and powders to mix yourself. The basic idea of Yfood, however, remains the same: to offer a healthy nutritional alternative to people who don't have time to cook. During an appearance on the founders' show 'The Lion's Den'<\/a> In 2018, the two founders, Benjamin Kremer and No\u00ebl Bollmann, convinced Frank Thelen to invest \u20ac200,000.
