Monja M\u00fchling:<\/em> I've always wanted to play a decisive role in my career and make a tangible difference with my own ideas. For me, the greatest motivation is seeing that my efforts have a direct impact on the company's success\u2014and can also have a short- or long-term impact on the global economy. That wouldn't be possible as an employee in a large corporation. Founding<\/a> was the perfect model for this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup<\/strong><\/em>:<\/strong> What would you have liked to have known before starting your first business?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monja M\u00fchling:<\/em> There are many things you can't know in advance as a founder. Therefore, it's always very valuable to work with experienced partners and learn from them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Venture Capital since 2016<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup<\/strong><\/em>:<\/strong> How has your company been financed so far?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monja M\u00fchling:<\/em> After our founding, we went through a bootstrapping phase and kept ourselves afloat with software development projects. Since 2016, we have been Venture Capital<\/a>-financed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monja M\u00fchling:<\/em> Less is more, and simple is better than complicated \u2013 especially when it comes to deep tech topics. The story should be clear, concise, and easily understandable \u2013 and the presentation should be perfect from the first to the last word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup<\/strong><\/em>:<\/strong> Does this seem like a good time to start a business? Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monja M\u00fchling:<\/em> It's always a good time to start a business. If you intend to, you should do so. Once you have the entrepreneurial idea, you should give it a try. "Having the courage" is independent of the phase or general circumstances. After all, by starting a business, you have the opportunity to actively shape the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The backbone for many areas of life<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup<\/strong><\/em>:<\/strong> Which technology or industry would you focus on for your next startup?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monja M\u00fchling:<\/em> The interplay between software and logistics still seems sensible to me. Both are groundbreaking \u2013 in terms of technology and market development. The logistics industry is a very important sector. It forms the backbone of many areas of life. The market is highly dynamic, adaptable, and increasingly characterized by changes that I can actively help shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Munich Startup<\/strong><\/em>:<\/strong> In your opinion, what could be improved at the Munich startup location?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monja M\u00fchling:<\/em> Munich is the perfect place for B2B startups. Support is available \u2013 including at universities. Munich is a positive ecosystem in this regard. There's a good network, numerous programs, and excellent connections to the business world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Founded in 2015, the startup collects and uses its software solution to enable dynamic order and route management.
