With a total volume of ten million euros, initial investments of up to 750,000 euros per startup are possible. the fund<\/a> In subsequent rounds, the company will participate in the supported companies up to a total investment of five million euros. \u00d6kovation also aims to create an opportunity for medium-sized companies to invest in sustainable and future-oriented businesses. Investments are possible starting with a minimum investment of just \u20ac250,000. There are no fixed terms, which is intended to ensure flexibility for all parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gerold Wolfarth<\/strong>, Managing Director of \u00d6kovation Ventures Fund, explains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThese start-ups often generate completely new ideas that can permanently solve social or environmental problems \u2013 if they are successful.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

For newly founded companies to take off, they need not only sufficient financing but also expertise in all areas of the business. This is where the \u00d6kovation Ventures Fund comes in: experienced entrepreneurs and founders provide startups with their expertise as mentors. In addition to Wolfarth, who is known for his mentoring program Invest2grow, among other things, investor and The Grow initiator Bernhard Schindler is also involved in \u00d6kovation. The fund is also connected to platforms such as Salsup, Scalup, and Servup, which offer various services to the supported startups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00d6kovation wants to keep startups in Germany<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The fund is already supporting four companies, including the Munich-based company Ottobahn<\/a>The startup aims to revolutionize transportation with a rail-based cable car. Last November, it closed a seven-figure financing round led by \u00d6kovation. The other startups also place great importance on sustainability, according to the fund. With this funding, \u00d6kovation was also able to realize another of its goals: keeping the companies in Germany, as Wolfarth explains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
