With the acquisition of Talentcube, Phenom aims to expand its integration of video into the hiring process. Talentcube is the third company Phenom has acquired in the last five months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its founding five years ago, Talentcube has grown into a leading video recruiting platform with over 120 clients. According to the company, candidates from over 84 countries applied via video last year using the software's desktop and mobile versions. Even those with slow mobile data speeds can apply via Talentcube. Carsten Maschmeyer has 2017 in the startup show 'The Lion's Den'<\/a> 400,000 euros in the Munich companies<\/a> invested and received one third of the shares in return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Talentcube relies on \u201cPhenom\u2019s global reach\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
