The Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) is helping start-ups that want to (further) develop their business model with a special seminar. Together with the LMU Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center<\/a> and the Faculty of Business Administration, founders can take a closer look at their business idea and their company together with motivated student teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the "Start with Business Modeling 2021" seminar, students examine startup projects for all aspects of the Business Model Canvas. They consider aspects such as the value proposition, customer segments, and various revenue streams. The results are optimization suggestions and concrete recommendations for action for the various areas of the Business Model Canvas and the participating startups. The students work closely with mentors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
